What I appreciate the most about Microkeeper are the various login options like the fingerprint scanner and the time clock system for signing in and out. As a user, I can skip the hassle of invalid logins and dive right into my daily tasks without any barriers. The standout feature, though, is the facial recognition system. Especially during these Covid times, it’s great not having to touch shared surfaces that might expose me to germs.

I can’t recommend Microkeeper enough. I decided to use this service since my business has to meet the Single Touch Payroll (STP) standards. Basically, it’s about informing the ATO right when wage payments happen—unlike before, when you could just report it all at the end of the quarter. For those just diving into rostering and timesheet systems, the setup can feel a bit overwhelming at the start. The support team is super patient and knows their stuff, helping me with anything I found confusing. But once you’re all set up, it’s a breeze! The only challenge now is getting the staff to remember to clock in and out.

Operating as a Nano Business with just 0.2 days of admin support each week, I handle monthly payments and submit my BAS every quarter.
